Some Points of interest...
*Great linework! Did you ink it in Photoshop or Illustrator?
*Primary lighting is great! I love the choices you made for where the lights and shadows fall.
*FANTASTIC technical drawing! You've come a long way since I started watching you! I'm proud to be on DA with you!
Some criticism...
*I agree with molliecool, it's a bit dark...Maybe lighten the shadows a little bit?
*The perspective seems a little wonky with that background....It looks like a downshot of Prime, and the background looks like the horizon line is way too low if that were the case...And the background itself, while a good color contrast for prime, is a bit weak..
*I kinda wish the glowing ax things (I'm not too familiar with them) were a bit brighter as a light source since they're glowing so brightly with shading that dark...

Yeah, those shadows keep changing from screen to screen, so it'll get fixed soon.
The background is still under work, but i will definitely raise the horizon line.
And as for the axes, I'll add more highlights soon
